Dr. Lesly Suanu Baridam: A Visionary Leader in Culinary Arts and Education

Dr. Lesly Suanu Baridam is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with extensive experience in education and the culinary arts. She is a certified Chef, Culinary Instructor, Food Safety Officer, Nutritionist, and Administrator, with over a decade of expertise in the culinary industry.

  1. • BSc (Ed) in Education Management (Economics) – University of Port Harcourt
  2. • Postgraduate Diploma in Food & Nutrition
  3. • Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition – Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (currently pursuing PhD)
